In the film First Blood, Stallone jumped off one cave to the Coquihalla River below.
1430, late lunch at Kelowna.
1530, ice wine tasting at Summerhill Winery. Expensive.
1745, honey shop outside Vernon
1830, stay at 3 Valley Lake Chateau, good place good food

0700, set off to Ainsworth hot spring via Shelter Bay, ferry at 0800, Upper Arrow Lake (weather was cool), Nakusp, Kaslo.
1130-1400 Hot spring, lunch
1500 Stopped at Nelson. Old town, no public lavatory. All buildings in town centre built of non inflammable material
1700 Castlegar Zuckerberg Island, Orthodox style house
1800 Stay at Prestige Mountain Resort, Rossland
